Kurtz Ersa Inc., a leading supplier of electronics production equipment, has announced its upcoming VERSAFLOW 4 Level II Training Courses, taking place October 27–31, 2025, at its U.S. headquarters located at 1779 Pilgrim Road, Plymouth, WI.

Designed for operators, technicians, and engineers, these hands-on sessions provide in-depth instruction on maintenance, process applications, and programming for the VERSAFLOW 4 selective soldering system. Participants will gain practical experience working directly with the equipment, learning advanced techniques to maximize throughput, reliability, and soldering quality.

The VERSAFLOW 4 – Level II Maintenance Training will be held October 27-29, covering machine calibration, troubleshooting, machine layout, electrical schematics, and preventative maintenance to keep systems running at peak performance and reduce downtime.

Immediately following, the VERSAFLOW 4 – Level II Application Training will take place October 29-31, focusing on process optimization, defect reduction, and programming best practices. Topics include flux selection, preheating techniques, and cycle time optimization. Participants will also be introduced to ERSAcad 4 Offline Programming, enabling them to develop programs efficiently without disrupting production.

Class sizes are intentionally limited to provide a highly interactive, hands-on learning environment.

Registration is now open. Interested attendees are encouraged to secure their spot early by contacting David Miller at david.miller@kurtzersa.com.
