Premium, sustainable British rum brand V Rum has released V Spiced, the first spiced rum from the distillery and the perfect expression for winter cocktails or sipping neat.

Produced at the brand’s state-of-the-art sustainable distillery in Hampshire, V Spiced is sweet and golden with a distinctly rich flavour.

V Spiced boasts a subtle aromatic profile of tropical citrus fruits and warm sweet spices complementing the smoky warmth of pineapple, banana and brown sugar.

As well as being a bold new liquid, V Rum Spiced also features a new sustainable label, made of 95% sugar cane waste and 5% hemp and linen, further cementing V’s commitment to sustainability. The distillery operates using 100% renewable electricity, is a pioneer of green gas provided by Ecotricity, an advanced heat recovery system to mitigate emissions, and the use of molasses from UK sugar production to limit air miles.

Carl Churchill, co-founder of V Rum, comments on the launch: “V Rum launched to the world just a few months ago and the feedback has been incredible. The one thing that kept coming up however was how much people wanted to try a spiced version of our premium and sustainable British rum. We’ve been perfecting the recipe for months and now we’re ready to introduce it to the world, just in time for winter and the delights of spiced rum punches or neat serves next to open fires.”
