Testo Saveris highlights food safety expertise at Euroshop 2026

Testo Saveris will demonstrate digital food safety monitoring systems at Euroshop 2026. The company will showcase its cloud-based testo Saveris Food platform, highlighting automated temperature monitoring, configurable workflows, and HACCP documentation across goods receiving, storage, and in-store refrigeration environments.

Food safety expert Testo Saveris will be showcasing its innovative measurement technology at Euroshop 2026, highlighting how companies can benefit from its specialist system for food retail.

Euroshop 2026, taking place 22nd to 26th February, marks the 60th anniversary of the exhibition, underlining its long-standing role as the world’s leading platform for retail innovation. More than 80,000 visitors from 60 countries are expected to attend.

The Testo Saveris stand (Hall 5, B27) is located in the refrigeration zone, highlighting the company’s strengths in helping retailers maintain product integrity through real-time monitoring of chilled and frozen foods.

Visitors will be able to see live demonstrations of the cloud-based testo Saveris Food platform, which combines measurement technology and software in a system for the automated documentation of HACCP-relevant data.

The platform records temperature and other defined parameters across the retailer’s operations: from Goods In and warehousing through to in-store refrigeration units and freezers. Checklists and workflows can be configured individually and responsibilities assigned, supporting structured processes and complete, up-to-date documentation.

Testo Saveris Food comes with interchangeable probes on the hand-held measuring instruments that provide flexibility for different measurement tasks, such as core and surface temperature measurements or the assessment of frying oil.

“With testo Saveris Food, retailers can structure and standardise their quality processes,” said Maximilian Weiß, Head of Global Retail at Testo Saveris. “Product temperatures are checked with connected instruments that transfer the results directly into the software, while wireless dataloggers provide continuous monitoring of storage conditions. If predefined limit values are exceeded, alarms are triggered so that staff can respond quickly.”

Each retailer can individually configure alarms, checks, workflows, and corrective actions to maintain full HACCP compliance while seamlessly supporting their unique operational processes. As a digital system with centralised data management, it reduces manual recording and paper-based documentation and can be integrated into recurring quality control processes.

At the Testo Saveris stand, visitors will also be able to see a selection of stationary and hand-held measuring instruments.

In addition to its stand activities, Testo Saveris will also contribute to the Euroshop seminar programme. Maximilian Weiß, Head of Global Retail at Testo Saveris, will give a presentation entitled ‘Temperature monitoring in the food retail environment’. He will outline how a practical, digital approach to temperature monitoring can support easy and fast HACCP-compliance and help reduce food waste with minimal disruption to store operations. The presentation takes place on Sunday February 22nd at 3:20pm.
