Syspro acquires Evocon in strategic move

Syspro acquires Evocon to enhance production monitoring capabilities. The acquisition aims to boost Syspro’s real-time data collection and performance analysis, enabling manufacturers to optimise assets and improve efficiency. Evocon’s platform offers immediate visibility into machine utilisation and production bottlenecks, aligning with Syspro’s focus on informed manufacturing.

Syspro, a global software provider in the manufacturing and distribution sectors, has successfully acquired Evocon, an Estonia-based company renowned for its real-time production monitoring and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) solutions. This strategic acquisition enhances Syspro’s ability to offer advanced data collection and performance analysis tools, enabling manufacturers to optimise production assets and bolster operational efficiency.

Evocon’s platform is designed for rapid deployment, providing manufacturers with immediate insights into machine utilisation, downtime, and production bottlenecks. Its real-time OEE dashboards and user-friendly quality control tools allow manufacturers to improve efficiency and decision-making. These capabilities align with Syspro’s philosophy that timely access to information empowers manufacturers to focus on core competencies.

“Manufacturers globally are seeking enhanced visibility on the shop floor to respond swiftly and optimise asset utilisation,” stated Jaco Maritz, CEO of Syspro. “Evocon delivers this visibility simply and powerfully, aligning with our mission to equip True Pros with industry-specific technology. Integrating Evocon strengthens our support for manufacturers and opens avenues for deeper integration and innovation.”

The management team of Evocon will remain with the company, collaborating with Syspro on product development and global expansion. Syspro plans to offer the Evocon solution to its worldwide customer base, further augmenting its shop floor capabilities.
