Squeaky Bean debuts plant-based ingredients range for frozen aisles
Squeaky Bean is launching its first frozen ingredients range featuring the plant-based brand’s tasty meat alternative pieces.
Rolling into stores for Veganuary, the Seasoned Chicken Style Pieces and Steak Style Strips have been designed to cater for the growing number of meat-free shoppers looking for quick and versatile frozen products (source/ Vypr Dec 2023). Both ingredients cook straight from frozen in three minutes, according to Squeaky Bean.
Squeaky Bean’s Steak Style Strips have been created to fill a gap in the meat-free category for premium frozen steak alternatives and perfectly mimic the taste and texture of beef steak, making them an ideal ingredient for plant-based tacos or stir fries.
The new Squeaky Bean Seasoned Chicken Style Pieces are seasoned with an expertly balanced blend of salt and pepper. They are made with wheat and pea protein, and both products are 100% vegan, high in protein and low in saturated fat.
Squeaky Bean Seasoned Chicken Style Pieces and Squeaky Bean Steak Style Strips are available in Waitrose.
