South-Tek Wins Mexico Technology Award for N2GEN TS Nitrogen Generator

The award was announced during a ceremony that took place Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2021 during SMTA International in Minneapolis, MN.

South-Tek’s nitrogen generation PSA technology creates the highest purity nitrogen (99.999%) and can maintain the purity throughout any factory. Under pressure, molecules smaller than nitrogen are absorbed into filtration media, allowing the nitrogen molecules to pass through into a storage tank for later use if necessary. Nitrogen is a valuable tool for eliminating defects like De-Wetting or Head-In-Pillow associated with Bottom Terminated Components (BTCs).
The N2GEN series of PSA nitrogen generators are designed to produce a wide range of flow rates. All units are custom designed and can be packaged with a dedicated air compressor, dryer and/or booster if needed for a complete turnkey solution. For larger flow rates or redundancy, duplexing options are available.
