ROCKA Solutions to Exhibit at SMTA Capital and Wisconsin Expos
ROCKA Solutions will exhibit its innovative SMT Stencil Clean Rolls and high-performance Router Bits at two upcoming industry events this May: SMTA Wisconsin Expo & Tech Forum on Tuesday, May 6 at the Crowne Plaza Milwaukee Airport, and the SMTA Capital Chapter Expo & Tech Forum on Thursday, May 8 at George Mason University – Mason Square.
At both expos, ROCKA will present its SMT Stencil Clean Roll, a customisable product guaranteed to produce superior cleaning performance. The stencil roll is designed with enhanced absorbency and an optimized texture that improves vacuum performance and significantly reduces cleaning cycle times.
These advantages result in faster production cycles and greater throughput. Engineered for precision, the stencil paper is also capable of effectively cleaning ultra-fine pitch apertures, ensuring reliable removal of solder paste residues and other viscous materials.
This leads to higher manufacturing consistency and improved product quality on the SMT line.
Also featured at the events will be ROCKA’s Router Bits with MicroSpeed Diamond Coating. These tools utilize advanced Hot Filament-Chemical Vapor Deposition (HF-CVD) technology to apply a patent-pending multilayer diamond coating, which features a cubic crystal structure identical to that of natural diamonds. The coating can be applied to solid carbide tools with diameters ranging from 0.10 to 8.0 mm, offering exceptional durability and performance. The unique combination of crystalline and nano-crystalline layers makes these router bits ideal for high-precision applications, extending tool life while ensuring clean, reliable cuts.
ROCKA Solutions invites attendees to stop by during both events to learn more about how its products are helping manufacturers improve quality, reduce downtime, and optimize operations.
