Puratos India introduces Tegral Satin Cocoa plant-based cake mix
In response to consumer needs and the increasing trend for plant-based baked products, Puratos India is launching Tegral Satin Cocoa Plant based cake mix.
The Cocoa Cake Mix enables bakers and artisans to create baked goods with plant-based alternatives.

During the research when questioned about plant-based usage and consumption, 69% of Indians responded that plant-based items are better for their health than animal-based ones. Plant-based goods are now purchased by 69% of consumers, up from 47% in 2018.
