Multinational chemical distributor Nordmann has entered a new partnership with Meadow Foods Inclusions to distribute ingredients in Germany for decorating and filling foods.

Meadow Foods is a leading producer of sweet food inclusions such as honeycomb, crunchy toffee, soft caramel and fudge.

Its product range also features a variety of sugar-based decorations and toppings. These ingredients can be used in a variety of foods such as baked goods, confectionery, desserts, ice cream and snacks. Most products can also be used as ingredients in other foods by coating them with fat or chocolate.

The diverse product range offered by Meadow Foods allows Nordmann to respond to the specific needs of customers and deliver the colours, textures and tastes that meet their exact manufacturing requirements.

As Oliver Koopmann, business manager food at Nordmann Germany, notes the high-quality and wide-ranging product portfolio gives it the ability to provide customers with bespoke solutions to create innovative products that are both tasty and visually appealing.

“The new collaboration with Nordmann will enable us to make our high-quality caramel specialties and innovative decorative products available to an even wider range of customers in the food industry,” Dylan White, distributor manager of Meadow Foods says. “This is because we benefit from Nordmann’s extensive network and strong market presence.”
