TraceGains has further strengthened its European team with the appointment of Michelle Henry as director of sales for its business across the region.

With more than 25 years of experience in solutions innovation, sales and business development, Michelle brings a wealth of expertise to the role alongside her proven success in devising and optimising processes to maximise both sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.

“This is a very exciting time for TraceGains, and we are delighted to have Michelle join us in this important position,” said Mike Hubbard, senior vice president of Revenue with TraceGains. “Her passion for innovative solutions, knowledge of the sector and attitude to customer service combine to make Michelle a great fit with our business as we continue our growth across the European F&B Sector. Her many years’ international experience and achievements are a perfect complement to our objectives, and with Michelle now heading up our European sales team we are confident and excited to embark on the latest step in surpassing our own ambitions as part of our planned growth across the continent.”

Michelle joins TraceGains from Esko, another Veralto company with which TraceGains collaborates to provide comprehensive solutions for compliance, nutritional calculation and labelling, new product development, ESG and packaging. Serving more than 1,500 clients around the world, including half of the top 100 food and beverage manufacturers, the TraceGains network connects brands to their supply chains, using advanced AI to enrich data and automate processes across its global network of 100,000 supplier locations and more than 600,000 ingredients and products.

“I’m incredibly excited to be joining TraceGains at this time, as regulations like EUDR, the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, and Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive are giving rise to unprecedented levels of demand for supply chain visibility,” said Michelle.

“The F&B industry in Europe is already embracing TraceGains solutions to improve source-to-shelf integrity and resilience of their global supply chains,” she said. “With the implementation of new legislation on the horizon, it is an enormous privilege to be able to work with some of Europe’s biggest brands to help them navigate the vital and complex issues they face in their global supply chains.”

Based in the UK and with responsibility for the sales team across Europe, Michelle’s role will focus on rapidly expanding regional sales coverage and scaling European revenues as part of TraceGains’ strategic program of growth.
