Mummy Meegz introduces Chickee Eggs ‘swap’ for Cadbury’s Mini Eggs

Disruptive vegan chocolate brand, Mummy Meegz, has introduced ‘Chickee Eggs’, a vegan m!lk chocolate ‘swap’ for Cadbury’s Mini Eggs, just in time for Veganuary 2024.

Originally founded by vegan trailblazer, Meagan Boyle, in 2018, Mummy Meegz has since grown into an exciting and innovative vegan chocolate brand, underpinned by its mission to make mind-blowingly good creamy ‘M!lk Choc’ swaps that are kinder to animals and the planet, with ethics, sustainability and kindness 100% guaranteed.

The latest product to be added to its Vegan Swap Shop is the new Mummy Meegz Chickee Eggs. A sharing pack (85g) of creamy m!lk chocolate eggs wrapped in a sweet chocolate crunchy shell, the Chickee Eggs are palm oil free and wrapped in fully recyclable packaging.

One of three vegan chocolate products to be launched within the last 12 months, the Chickee Eggs follow the national success of Mummy Meegz hero product, the Chuckie Egg, and the recent launch of its delicious and decadent Choccy Balls.

To be widely available in both independent and leading retailers, including The Range and online via Goodness Goodies and Amazon, Mummy Meegz Chickee Eggs will retail at £2.49.

Dean Adamson, founder of Mummy Meegz, confirmed: “Over the last 12 months, the Mummy Meegz team have worked incredibly hard on our new pipeline of NPD and are delighted to launch our new Chickee Eggs to market just in time for Veganuary.”

Mummy Meegz describes the eggs as the perfect product to follow the success of its Chuckee Egg and Choccy Balls.

“We believe – our range has been so successful to date, is because they truly deliver a like for like [if not better] taste match to their famous dairy milk chocolate equivalent, but without the vegan premium price tag,” said Adamson.

“We cannot wait for our Chickee Eggs to hit retailer shelves as part of our wider Vegan Swap Shop range and feel they will soon become a hit with vegans and non-vegans alike.”

Born from the success of Meagan’s very own vegan café, which was established in Yorkshire over 20 years’ ago, the Mummy Meegz brand is quickly disrupting the vegan market and is forecast to double its turnover during 2024 alone.
