Machine Vision Conference to run as a virtual event for 2021

Due to ongoing Covid-19 travel restrictions within the EU, the UK Industrial Vision Association (UKIVA) has announced that this year’s Machine Vision Conference & Exhibition (MVC) will again run as an online event from 15 July 2021.

In response to the cancellation of the event, Neil Sandhu, Chairman of UKIVA, said: “We are disappointed to have to hold our Machine Vision Conference & Exhibition as an online-only event due to health and travel restrictions outside of our control.

“In keeping with last year’s event, this year’s full conference programme will again be hosted on our Technology Presentation Hub, which the PPMA Group of Associations developed for the MVC website. The platform is free to register and offers users ease of navigation to an array of audio/visual presentations across eight theatres. These will be available to view from 15 July.”

Alongside the announcement regarding the 2021 event, UKIVA has confirmed that next year’s Machine Vision Conference & Exhibition will return to the Marshall Arena in Milton Keynes on 28 April 2022.
