The long-standing building services training provider sees Mark Krull promoted to Managing Director, while Harry Budd joins the board as Digital Marketing Director. Founder Kevin Budd transitions to Chairman, ensuring continued strategic involvement in the company’s future.

After over two decades at the helm of Logic4training, founder Kevin Budd has transitioned to the role of Chairman, marking a significant leadership shift for the established building services training provider. Mark Krull has been appointed as Managing Director, and Harry Budd has joined the board as Digital Marketing Director.

Mark Krull, a key figure at Logic4training since 2003, has significantly contributed to its success. A prominent voice in the realms of skills, renewables, and industry transformation, Krull has been pivotal in expanding Logic4training from its roots in gas training to a comprehensive provider offering courses in plumbing, electrical engineering, refrigeration, and renewables.

Harry Budd has been instrumental in modernising the company’s marketing strategy, enhancing communication with learners, partners, and the broader industry. He joins the board alongside Krull and HR Director Caroline Lay, continuing the Budd family’s long-standing involvement with the business.

Kevin Budd remains actively involved in the strategic direction of Logic4training as Chairman, albeit with a more flexible schedule. “It’s been a privilege to lead Logic4training for more than twenty years,” Budd stated. “I’m confident success will continue with Mark at the helm. With Harry bringing fresh perspectives, the team is well positioned to support the UK’s transition to low carbon technologies.”

Mark Krull expressed enthusiasm for his new role, acknowledging the evolving landscape of the building services industry. “The industry is changing with technologies like heat pumps and energy storage, alongside digital tools and AI shaping how installers work and learn,” he noted. “Our focus remains on providing tradespeople with practical training and support.”

Harry Budd shared his excitement about joining the board, emphasising the evolution of engagement strategies with learners and the industry. “The Logic brand is something I’ve lived with for most of my life,” he said. “I look forward to building on our momentum in digital and marketing strategy.”
