Ignys Ltd named Midlands Service Provider of the Year (up to £1m) and launches recruitment drive for electronics engineers of all levels

Nottingham based electronics design and software development consultancy Ignys Ltd received the prestigious award of Midlands Service Provider of the Year (up to £1m) at the Midlands Business Awards 2021 which was announced at the recent June event.

The award-winning team of talented engineers and creators, who help people in the UK and beyond to bring great ideas to life, are currently undergoing a vast expansion plan with a variety of engineering positions up for grabs.

MD Richard Fletcher explains the reason behind the growth plans “We are experiencing a high amount of interest from inventors and product managers which has grown rapidly in the past year as our brand awareness increases. In addition, the technology industry is currently experiencing a boom as businesses continue to adapt to a new way of thinking and trying new things.

As a result, we need to look to the future to make sure we can help as many people as possible. We do this by helping innovative companies to create reliable products through feasibility studies, software development, rigorous testing and careful electronic design.

We are calling all bored engineers to escape their dull lifeless careers and take on a new challenge where no two projects are the same. With roles ranging from lead positions in hardware and software through to mid-level and junior positions.”

Ignys are swiftly approaching their four-year milestone as a business and recently welcomed three new team members: embedded software engineer Stephen Lynch PhD, embedded hardware engineer James Lowe and recent electronics engineering graduate Toby Lane.
