HumiSeal announces senior appointment to further strengthen customer support in India

HumiSeal a leading conformal coating and electronic protection materials manufacturer has announced the appointment of Shailesh Nikam as Regional Manager India – Sales & Technical to further strengthen the company’s support to its customers and distributors. This appointment builds on the continuing investment in India in relation to facilities and support infrastructure. 

Based at the HumiSeal India manufacturing facility in Pune India, Shailesh is ideally located to manage all of the company’s commercial and technical support activity throughout India and Sri Lanka including planning, strategy as well as supporting distributors and customers. Shailesh brings over 23 year’s industry experience in the electronics manufacturing sector making him a valuable and important addition to the HumiSeal India team.

HumiSeal India Pvt Ltd Director, David Greenman, commented on the appointment by saying:

I am delighted that Shailesh has accepted this position and feel that his experience will allow him to quickly settle into the new role adding real value for our customers and distributors throughout India and Sri Lanka.  He is already well versed in the range of HumiSeal conformal coating materials as well as other aspects of the PCA manufacturing process which will further help his rapid integration into our Indian Operations.

Shailesh’s prior experience comes from 16 years with leading Indian distribution company, Mectronics Marketing Services, as Sales Manager for India (West). Other roles include time spent with Jabil Circuit India (EMS), Pricol Ltd, ( Automotive) and Videocon /Mirc Electronics ( Consumer Electronics)  With over 16 years of experience representing the HumiSeal product portfolio during his time with our distributor Shailesh is ideally placed to continue to develop and expand HumiSeal’s customer base across the region.
