Hotel Chocolat invests £10m in British manufacturing plant
Hotel Chocolat, a prominent UK-based chocolatier, is set to invest £10 million to expand its manufacturing plant in Royston. This significant investment will facilitate the creation of 50 new jobs, reinforcing the company’s dedication to the UK manufacturing sector.
Hotel Chocolat plans to launch 25 new stores across the UK next year, with locations including Belfast and Glasgow, and to expand existing stores in Nottingham and Chichester. Angus Thirlwell, CEO and Co-founder of Hotel Chocolat, emphasized the company’s commitment to the UK, both in terms of the high street and manufacturing industry.
