Heat and Control has acquired Fabcon Food Systems, a leading provider of bespoke processing and handling equipment systems for the food industry.
This strategic acquisition reinforces Heat and Control’s commitment to providing customers with innovative, customised solutions that set the standard for yield, efficiency, and safety across a wide range of industries.
Tony Caridis, president of Heat and Control, says the acquisition represents another significant milestone in the company’s growth strategy, fostering innovation and creating new opportunities for both companies, whilst also bringing a wealth of further experience from the team at Fabcon Food Systems.
