Greene Tweed expands aerospace distribution reach

Greene Tweed has widened aerospace OEM coverage in growth markets. Seal Dynamics will handle exclusive sales and distribution for Asia and Brazil as the partnership extends into OEM support.

Greene Tweed has expanded its partnership with Seal Dynamics, naming the HEICO subsidiary its exclusive sales and distribution partner for aerospace OEM products in Asia and Brazil from 1 April 2026. The move takes a relationship already established in commercial and military aftermarket channels and extends it deeper into original equipment support in two regions where aerospace production and supply chain investment continue to broaden.

The industrial logic is straightforward. Greene Tweed’s aerospace portfolio includes advanced sealing systems and Xycomp DLF thermoplastic composites, both of which sit in performance-critical applications where OEMs typically want closer technical support and shorter routes into qualification and supply. Rather than build that footprint alone, Greene Tweed is using Seal Dynamics’ existing regional presence, distribution infrastructure, and aerospace customer base to widen access to those product lines.

For Seal Dynamics, the appointment strengthens a role it already occupies inside a broader aerospace distribution group. HEICO identifies Seal Dynamics operations across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, giving the company a ready-made platform for regional customer handling. That gives the arrangement a more operational tone than a simple channel deal, especially where aerospace programmes increasingly expect suppliers to pair engineered materials knowledge with local sales support and responsive fulfilment.

The agreement also leaves Greene Tweed’s existing North American and European coverage in place, which suggests the company is targeting geographic extension rather than restructuring its wider route to market. For aerospace manufacturers in Asia and Brazil, the immediate effect is easier access to Greene Tweed’s materials and component expertise through a distributor already embedded in the sector. OEMs seeking local support can contact Seal Dynamics directly.
