With the introduction of the M2x and C2x models, the maximum capacity has been increased from 20 ln/min to 500 ln/min, significantly broadening the range of applications. The FLEXI-FLOW Compact series continues to offer a unique through-chip sensor combined with proven by-pass technology, delivering exceptional performance in a compact design. The advanced sensor technology ensures rapid response and stable flow control, with settling times of less than 150 ms. Integrated temperature and pressure sensors, along with an onboard gas database, provide unparalleled accuracy across varying process parameters. Users can easily switch from flow control, measuring the process pressure, to upstream or downstream pressure control, measuring the gas flow, providing flexibility and adaptability for various applications. Additionally, EtherNet communication is available as an option for connectivity and integration in modern industrial environments.
