FlashPCB Expands into New Facility, Enhancing Manufacturing Capabilities
FlashPCB, a leading provider of quick-turn PCB assembly, is excited to announce its move to a new dedicated facility at 1800 N American St #E101, Philadelphia, PA 19122. Previously based at NextFab in South Philadelphia, FlashPCB has relocated to a larger space in North Philadelphia, adjacent to NextFab, to support its continued growth and expanded manufacturing capabilities.
With increasing demand for quick-turn PCB assembly, FlashPCB is investing in a fully automated inline assembly line featuring two Hanwha pick-and-place machines. This advanced setup will reduce setup time and costs, while significantly boosting throughput and efficiency. The dual-machine system allows for simultaneous job setup and production, or can be run in parallel to double output—offering greater flexibility and faster turnaround for customers.
“We’re thrilled to take this next step in our growth,” said Thomas Castner, CEO & Co-founder at FlashPCB. “Our new facility and upgraded assembly line will enable us to deliver even faster, more reliable PCB assembly services while keeping costs competitive for our customers.”
FlashPCB will share more details soon about its enhanced manufacturing capabilities. In the meantime, customers can continue to enjoy instant quoting, automated bill of materials generation, and seamless design rule checks through the company’s online platform at www.flashpcb.com.
