EPP finds the secret ingredient with a pinch of German engineering

EPP has become the exclusive distributor of baking technology manufacturer JUFEBA in the UK and Ireland.

JUFEBA offers a range of frying technologies for doughnuts and deep-fried goods, with solutions ranging from conventional tabletop fryers to large scale continuous frying lines.

“We’re delighted to be partnering with JUFEBA, which is a high-quality and well-respected manufacturer renowned for its craftsmanship,” says Steve Merritt, EPP managing director. “Like EPP, JUFEBA has more than 50 years of experience in the industry, which it uses to create exceptional solutions to solve industry challenges. It excels in automated doughnut frying technology, allowing bakers to offer diverse product ranges with enhanced speed, consistency and efficiency.”

All JUFEBA equipment is handmade in Uelzen, Germany. Its latest WW2-AT doughnut fryer features a new 7” HMI touch panel and automatic lid-closing system for improved usability, as well as custom baking programmes with up to three turning processes. Its USD 2.0 in line frying system now requires less oil, featuring an automatic electronic oil level control as well as an automatic fat cleaning system, increasing the quality of baked goods and oil lifespan. JUFEBA also manufactures supporting products and accessories including cream cookers, food warmers and automatic filling solutions.

EPP works with carefully selected partners including JUFEBA to offer complete doughnut solutions to suit all requirements. Finishing solutions – such as spraying, glazing, dipping and enrobing systems, as well as dissolving equipment and static aerators – are also available, as are rounding and stamping equipment.

JUFEBA products are available immediately in the UK and Ireland from EPP, with products and lines being available to test at JUFEBA’s test bakery in Germany.
