Eatplanted secures its first major UK supermarket listing
Eatplanted, Europe’s leading plant-based meat brand, has secured its first major national retailer listing in supermarket chain Morrisons.
The Eatplanted range, consisting of 3 SKUs, will be available to purchase across stores nationwide from 26th December 2022.
Eatplanted’s range of clean label products are made from 100% natural ingredients using a delicious combination of proteins from peas, sunflowers and oats to create alternative meats included eatplanted.chicken and eatplanted.pulled. Produced using clean ingredients with no additives, Eatplanted’s range includes dietary fibres whilst containing all essential amino acids to ensure they are a high-quality source of protein.
Eatplanted’s products will be featured in the butchery section of Morrisons stores, on the gondola end.
UK country manager, Matt Done, said: “We’re delighted to have secured our first major retail listing and are pleased to feature in Morrisons. We’re seeing that consumers are becoming more open to meat alternatives and conscious food choices and a boom in meat free eating is expected for 2023, so this listing is good timing.”
