DRB UK acquires Meridian Electrical

DRB UK Maintenance is pleased to announce its acquisition of Meridian Electrical.

This strategic investment represents a unique opportunity for DRB to capitalise on its growth since joining the TSG Group in November 2021. DRB’s clientele includes a list of blue chip oil companies and some of the largest dealership groups in the country, many of whom are reshaping their forecourts to make the important transition to cleaner and more sustainable energy.

Meridian has been providing electrical services in the retail, commercial and defence sectors since 1965. The company’s team of electrical engineers have a wealth of experience and expertise in the retail energy sector, making it an ideal fit for DRB.
