DMS – Going from strength to strength!
2021, what a year so far! We have lots of news to share with you, new team members to introduce you to and new products to share with you.
As we enter Autumn, we would like to take a moment to share some of the exciting initiatives happening here at DMS Metering Solutions with our customers, suppliers, and followers. Let’s start with the new faces within our Head Office and Depots, our office now has 3 new faces, our utility customers are already familiar with 2 of them but we would like to introduce them to you all, Tom and Nicole have joined our team and are assisting our Utility customers with quotations and support. We have also been joined by Leah who is ensuring our customers receive the support they require with quotations and project support. Our warehouse team has also been expanding with the additions of Josh and Ethan who have been brought in to ensure that we can maintain our rapid delivery service. We would like to give a warm welcome to our new team members and wish you all a long and happy career here at DMS.
As well as hiring more staff to keep up with the high demand for metering and control products we have also added 2 new warehouses, providing an extra 15,000 sq. Ft of space to hold our stock to help reduce lead times. This has allowed us to guarantee next day delivery on thousands of more products within our range and enabled us to maintain our excellent track record of delivery and customer service.
Going green. DMS have always been an eco-conscious company, from our purpose-built head office which uses a heat pump, energy efficient lighting, and power saving technologies we have also started the conversion/swap to greener company cars, ensuring our fleet is as environmentally friendly as possible. We even have a new shiny van!
Last but certainly not least, we are extremely excited to be able to introduce you to the latest innovation – next generation Integrator from Sontex, the Supercal 5. This is the future of energy metering, and we are delighted to be bringing it to the UK market. The Supercal 5 incorporates the latest data reading technology (AMR) – LoRaWAN.
We have also teamed up with Giacomini to provide a solution for the Governments Metering and Billing Regulations 2020, we are offering the meter compliance unit. This neat and compact brass bodied assembly has everything required to provide a solution to the Metering and Billing regulations 2020. The typical supply and installation cost ensures it is cost-effectiveness tool friendly. Available now!
We at DMS are very proud of our growth, but we are prouder of our continued efforts to remain at the forefront of the metering industry, an achievement that is only possible thanks to our dedicated staff, strong relationships with our suppliers and loyal customers.
