Develop Training is developing a new coaching and mentoring programme due to launch in early 2024.
Designed by Develop’s Organisational Development Consultant, Hanna Magdziarek, the six-month programme will target middle to senior management, helping improve their coaching, mentoring and leadership skills.
As part of the new programme, delegates will be provided with monthly group sessions, one-to-one coaching, and the opportunity to develop, practice and apply coaching and mentoring thought processes, techniques and tools, alongside the support of a qualified and experienced coach.
