Danutek Goes from Strength to Strength in Europe

Danutek, a leading distributor and service provider in the SMT manufacturing industry and the European arm and sister company of Altus Group, continues to go from strength to strength and weather the storm of the ongoing pandemic.

Danutek Balkans SRL, which covers the Romanian region, has announced a record breaking 2021 so far with impressive revenue numbers thanks to a combination of new customers looking to invest in capital equipment and the expansion of site. New capital equipment has been added to the portfolio and this is continually updated with the most advanced systems to ensure business stays buoyant.

Csaba Berta, General Manager at Danutek Hungary Kft said: “Business is growing within all our operating regions in Eastern Europe. All Danutek sites including Hungary, Bulgaria and the Bulkans are establishing strong relationships with customers and this is influencing a strong business base.

“Automotive and multinationals are starting to remove the handbrake on capital spending and broadening their supply base. Thanks to the central location, skilled staff and moderate costs electronics manufacturing in the region is snowballing. We have welcomed significant orders not just for industry leaders, Koh Young and YJ Link, but also SMT equipment manufacturer Mycronics as they continue to work with more diverse customers in the region.”

Danutek Hungary Kft. is further increasing its expertise to boost business with the promotion of Marko Milojkovic to Area Manager of the Serbian and Solvanian regions. Having proven his skills in providing a first-class service and bolstering sales in this territory he will play an integral role in further increasing the customer-base.

Csaba concluded: “We are strategically positioning ourselves across Europe as large corporations explore Eastern Europe as electronics manufacturing hotspots.

“As we continue to strengthen our after sales support teams to provide a first-class service, installation, commissioning, training and applications support for our product range, we envisage business at all Danutek sites to gain momentum during 2021 to make it an unprecedented year.”
