Clarion Energy launches GridTECH Connect Forum
Clarion Energy, a subsidiary of Clarion Events, the world leader in B2B industry events, has announced the launch of a first-of-its-kind regional event designed to bring utility and renewable energy leaders together to overcome critical challenges facing the energy industry.
GridTECH Connect Forum will provide an intimate, solutions-driven environment for energy leaders to network, learn and collaborate outside of their traditional silos for the first time. The events will focus on the interconnection of distributed energy resources — solar, storage, electric vehicles, microgrids, demand response programs and more.
“DER interconnection is often time-consuming and expensive. Improving this process is crucial to realising local and national sustainability goals,” said Desiree Hanson, executive vice president at Clarion Events. “Clarion Energy is pleased to provide a forum for distribution professionals, developers and regulators to collectively address critical issues surrounding the interconnection of distributed energy resources for a better tomorrow.”
