Byron launches vegan burger in Veganuary special
Viva Vegan!…The Mex-It-Up burger – Byron Veganuary’s special has landed, and it packs a punch…combining sweetness and spice with a lot of nice.
Inspired by Tex-Mex flavours, this burger, designed specifically for Veganuary 2023, has been put together in partnership with Meatless Farm.
Comprising a Meatless Farm vegan chicken breast, smashed avocado, tangy pickled jalapeños, homemade chipotle ketchup and a special spiced vegan cheddar (created using Byron’s signature spice blend) topped with crunchy shredded iceberg lettuce and a slice of tomato to add freshness, it’s a treat for the taste buds.
Whether a seasoned vegan, simply dipping their toe into this lifestyle or a complete novice, the nearest Byron Burger (or via Deliveroo) are on hand to take orders. Available from 3rd – 31st January 2023.
The burger is available at £8.50 . Or it can be part of a meal with a side of fries and a drink for £12.50.
