Bühler’s acquisition of Esau & Hueber will enhance the company’s malting, brewery, and sustainable protein businesses as well as expand its expertise and capacity in these areas.

Esau & Hueber is a German company specialising in individual solutions whose reach will now multiply across Bühler’s global network.

The strategic acquisition is set to fill technological gaps and strengthen Bühler’s position as an industry innovator.

Esau & Hueber is an independently managed manufacturer with 42 employees and supports its clients in all project phases. It designs and builds high-tech facilities and develops advanced processing technology.

Esau & Hueber holds strong expertise in yeast and fermentation management, as well as automation. Esau & Hueber will continue to operate from its home in Schrobenhausen.
