British organic dairy brand launches in major supermarkets
Sainsbury’s and Asda stores nationwide are now offering UK shoppers Organic British organic dairy brand All Things Butter’s range of butters.
The brand said the new listings mark a significant milestone as it secures its first in-store major nationwide listings across some of the UK’s leading supermarkets.
All Things Butter launched in November 2023, following a pre-seed funding of over £530,000, attracting investment from Hollywood; co-founders of Lucky Chap Entertainment, Josey McNamara and Thomas Ackerley, who produced 2023’s biggest box office hit, Barbie and the much talked-about comedy thriller, Saltburn. The brand has also secured funding from serial investor in consumer brands, Adam Levene.
The organic butter brand aims to disrupt the traditional, heritage-led dairy industry with the first chef-led approach that introduces a flavour range, while putting British farming at the forefront.
Since launch, All Things Butter has witnessed a stellar first sales period, with over 100,000 blocks of butter sold in its first ten weeks, and recently announced its charity partner, RABI, donating 1% of its revenue to support the nation’s agricultural industry.
On the milestone expansion for the brand, Toby Hopkinson, co-founder of All Things Butter says: “We look forward to working with both supermarkets to strengthen our retail presence, support the British agriculture industry and highlight the versatility of butter, encouraging consumers to use it in their day-to-day cooking. We have an exciting year ahead at All Things Butter, so watch this space.”
The new supermarket listings mark an expansion of the brand’s footprint in the UK, where it is currently available in Ocado, Planet Organic, Gopuff, Zapp, Getir, Modern Milkman, plus independents and wholesale, with further new national retailers in the pipeline for 2024.
