Omnia Technologies is the new Group brand with the ambition of becoming the go-to partner for integrated wine, beverage, spirits and dairy automation and bottling solutions.

As part of a drive to cement its vision of being the ‘go-to’, AVE UK will present the new Group brand at FoodEx 2023 (stand C70).

With a team of 13 top specialists in automation technologies for the wine, spirits and beverage industry – including Della Toffola, Bertolaso, Priamo and, of course, AVE – Omnia Technologies represents a powerhouse of packaging and processing solutions, offering UK food and drink producers integrated turnkey systems for every stage of the process from raw material handling to final packaging.

The Group brings together over 1,000 employees, 12 production sites and an annual turnover of €250m to deliver the finest Italian winemaking, dairy, spirits and beverage expertise, backed up by 24/7 local, on-the-ground support and servicing from AVE’s UK-based engineering team.

As a key part of the Omnia Technologies Group, AVE UK is now able to offer its British customer base a complete range of leading European processing, labelling, packaging and bottling solutions – including bespoke full turnkey lines – all with sustainability at their core.

Alongside meeting the highest environmental credentials concerning waste reduction and energy and water efficiency, Omnia Technologies is also committed to innovation, employing over 150 highly experienced engineers to design and develop advanced and reliable automated technologies. To further expand the UK reach of the Bertolaso and Frilli range of equipment, Marcello Creston has joined the senior management team at AVE UK. The result is a suite of “next-generation systems” that combine today’s demand for efficiency and sustainability with the heritage and expertise synonymous with Italian winemaking and beverage, spirits and dairy production. Coupled with round-the-clock, UK-based engineering support, the offering is one which AVE UK’s sales and marketing director, Steve Bradley, believes is unrivalled in the market today.

“With more than 60 years’ experience in the wine, dairy and beverage industries, the brands that make up Omnia Technologies each boast a wealth of sector-specific knowledge that, when combined, make the Group a leader in processing and bottling technologies,” says Steve.

“Inspired by a proud Italian heritage and a constant drive for innovation and sustainability, Omnia – which means ‘everything’ in Latin – represents an opportunity for UK food and drink producers of all sizes to access a full range of quality processing and bottling solutions via one, on-the-ground, local provider. We look forward to sharing with FoodEx visitors the best of the Group’s solutions on stand C70, where we will be showcasing the AVE 15/5 non-contact liquid filler/screw-capper Monobloc, ideal for filling 500ml-5 litre bottles of edible oils.”
