Invopak has secured the Investors in People Best Culture award. The recognition follows a decade-long internal shift at the packaging manufacturer, which operates under the Involvement group, and reflects the judging panel’s view that the company has embedded a mature, people-first operating model backed by structured development and continuous improvement.


Invopak has been named the winner of the Best Culture category at the Investors in People Awards 2025, receiving the trophy at a London ceremony marking the accreditation body’s 35th anniversary. The award places the packaging manufacturer among a small cohort of organisations recognised for cultivating workplaces where diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing are actively supported and reinforced through daily practice.

Investors in People CEO Paul Devoy commended all shortlisted organisations for choosing a path “defined by leadership, learning and long-term commitment,” noting that the community now spans public-sector bodies, SMEs, charities, and PLCs. The panel’s decision reflected Involvement’s emphasis on incremental operational improvement and an internal coaching academy designed to strengthen individual capability across the business.

That cultural focus has been central to the group’s management approach, which encourages staff to pursue small, continuous adjustments that compound into operational gains. Arjen, speaking on behalf of the company, said, “Together, we’ve transformed this business over the past decade by recognising that it’s not about the product, it’s about making the people better. I believe that no matter the size or resources of your organisation, you can operate at the very highest level. It’s amazing what can be achieved with a team effort, commitment and taking a leap of faith.”

The award caps a significant year for Invopak’s accreditation journey. Earlier in 2024, the company achieved Investors in People Platinum — the highest rating available and one held by only around 7% of participating organisations. For a packaging manufacturer operating across industrial and consumer supply chains, the designation reinforces both organisational maturity and the operational resilience typically associated with strong workforce engagement.

Investors in People closed the evening by highlighting the broader implications of cultural investment. Devoy told attendees, “The stories we tell will become the standards others reach for tomorrow. When you invest in people, you make work, and life, better.” For Invopak, the latest recognition consolidates its position as a manufacturer placing equal weight on operational performance and the conditions that support long-term workforce stability — a combination that continues to shape competitiveness across the packaging sector.
