NutraTea, the award-winning British B-Corp known for its sustainable and science-led functional teas, is expanding its women’s health-focused range with the launch of two new targeted herbal blends: NutraMeno to soothe symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, and Spearmint & White Peony, which has been developed to support women with PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome).

These additions complete NutraTea’s six-strong women’s wellbeing range, offering natural support for key stages of a woman’s life – from menstruation and fertility to pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. Each tea is developed using only 100% active botanical ingredients, with no artificial additives or bulking agents.

The new blends will launch on NutraTea’s website, TikTok shop, Amazon, and across independent health food stores and pharmacies from May 2025.

The global functional tea market is expected to experience steady growth over the next decade, driven by increasing consumer interest in health and wellness. It is predicted to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 6% over the next 10 years (Stellar Market Research Functional Tea Market).

Anish Patel, co-founder of NutraTea, said: “The UK continues to be one of the most dynamic and fast-growing markets for functional tea, driven by a growing consumer focus on health and holistic wellbeing.

“Our women’s health blends have been incredibly well-received, so expanding the range with NutraMeno and Spearmint & White Peony was a natural next step. We’re proud to now offer a comprehensive collection that delivers effective, natural support for women through every stage of life.”

NutraTea was founded by brothers Anish and Mikesh Patel, whose family heritage is steeped in health and wellness traditions. Drawing on this background and his expertise as a qualified pharmacist, Anish formulates each blend to reflect the Ayurvedic principles they were raised with – combining time-honoured wisdom with modern functionality.

Every herb is ethically sourced, with the team working in close partnership with growers to uphold sustainable farming practices throughout the supply chain. All packaging is fully recyclable, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to environmental responsibility. This dedication to ethical and sustainable production has earned NutraTea proud certification as a B-Corp business.

Mikesh Patel, co-founder at NutraTea adds: “Our reusable tea bags reflect our commitment to sustainability – a small but meaningful innovation that allows our customers to enjoy their tea while reducing waste. It’s all about more wellness, less impact.”
