He will also be responsible for environmental topics including CEF’s commitment to become carbon net zero by 2040.

Paul will be working in close partnership with fellow new appointee Nathalie Ritchie in her role as Head of Sustainable Supply Chain.

Working in partnership with CEF’s procurement and category management teams, Nathalie will support the business to develop and deliver an ambitious sustainable supply chain strategy that ensures compliance with legislation, industry standards and growing customer requirements.

Nathalie will be responsible for the co-ordination of CEF’s EcoVadis supply chain programme as well as social topics such as human rights, modern slavery and factory working conditions.

Nathalie says, “I am truly excited about this new challenge and the opportunity to make a significant and positive impact.”
