J-ENG and Akasaka to support development of next-generation fuel engines
A technical agreement has been signed between Japan Engine Corporation (J-ENG) and Akasaka Diesels Limited (Akasaka) for the development and promotion of next-generation fuel engines for the maritime sector.
J-ENG is currently working on the development of ammonia fuel and hydrogen fuel engines under the Green Innovation Fund project by New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO).
