Camilla Lanata, marketing director, The Wizards Magic, and the Wizards Magic Egg at Aldi.
York-based chocolate brand, The Wizards Magic has launched its sustainable, functional Magic Egg into Aldi.
The brand claims it has created the world’s first 0% sugar, plant based, dairy free, high fibre, gluten free chocolate which is also palm oil free. It also has sustainability and ethical business practises at the heart of the business by delivering 100% recyclable packaging throughout the entire range. The supply chain follows suit as ethical practices insist that every cocoa bean used in the chocolate can be tracked to its source.
Managing director Charlie Simpson-Daniel expressed his delight in bringing The Wizards Magic to Aldi when he said: “They are an incredible retailer and their buyers are some of the most dedicated and passionate human beings you are likely to meet in the food industry. We are privileged and honoured to be given the opportunity to work with them and see The Wizards Magic 0% Sugar Eggs come to life on their shelves.”
Commercial director James Simpson-Daniel added: “Absolutely delighted to see the arrival of The Wizards Magic Egg into Aldi in March. To see it on the shelf will be an incredibly proud moment for all involved in getting it there. We can’t wait to see share this delicious product with everyone out there and hope they enjoy it as much as we do”.
