Building business resilience – free workshop
Specialist food and drink marketing agency, The Food Marketing Experts, last workshop based on a ‘Business Resilience’ theme will run this Thursday, December 8.
The agency has teamed up with resilience experts Impact Resilience to roll out a series of online workshops, each designed to arm food and drink businesses with the requisite skills to navigate a pathway to success during the current turbulent times.
Each workshop finishes with a set of practical recommendations that can be immediately implemented to help delegates strengthen their business in the face of adversity.
Thursday 8th December: ‘Our mental resilience – keeping it together’
No discussion on resilience is complete without a look at personal and team mental wellbeing. Nikki J.Owen, transformational expert and founder of The Healing Hub – who turned her life around after being labelled a ‘maniacal psychopath’ – talks about her refreshing approach to mental wellbeing, stress and resilience.
