Hawkes launches two ciders for on-trade
London’s first urban Cidery that turns unloved, ‘wonky’, or surplus apples into delicious real-apple cider – is launching two news ciders for on-trade.

A blend of Bramley, Braeburn and Gala has been topped off with white wine yeast to create an inconceivably enchanting aroma, a burst of minerality, and a lingering lustful and distinctly wine-like finish.
With an ABV of 5.4% a pint of this luscious nectar will please any cider-loving palate, says Hawkes.
The cleverly named Stairs is Hawkes’ Apples N’ Pears Cider and at 6.3% ABV, pub-goers would do well to watch their step!
This south-east blend of dessert apples is also jazzed up with a naughty white wine yeast and given a dazzling sweetness with real pears.
Available in a number of independent London pubs, UK pub groups, in BrewDog bars across the country and at Hawkes’ own Bermondsey-based railway arch Cidery & Taproom, Gold Trader and Stairs limited edition ciders join core products, Urban Orchard, Pineapple Punch and Dead & Berried.
Hawkes lead, Elliot Allison, says: “Our consistent focus on wine-like ciders is important for the transient nature of the category, as we capture the wine drinker looking for lower ABV options for their favourite tipple”
London’s first urban Cidery, Hawkes turns unloved, ‘wonky’, or surplus apples into delicious real-apple cider and is on a mission to dispel the misconceptions around cider by injecting personality and modernising the offering.
